This ergonomic pillow uses slow-rebound memory foam with a removable insert, so you can adjust the height in seconds. Its shape works for both back and side sleeping. A breathable knitted cover keeps it fresh and soft.

Why you'll love it

  • Adjustable height: Remove the insert for a lower profile.
  • Memory foam: Molds to your head and neck, then slowly recovers.
  • Ergonomic shape: Made for back and side sleepers.
  • Knit cover: Soft, breathable fabric for a fresh feel.
  • Generous size: About 25 x 14 x 4 in.
